Page 1To print a document, click File > Print. (Wordpad is shown in this example, but generally, printing from any Windows program is similar.) Page 2The Print dialog box appears. A list of installed printers is shown in the Select Printer box. Here the "HP 7550 Plus" printer has been selected (by clicking on it with the mouse). The list of printers available here will be different depending on what printers are connected to your machine. Page 3You can choose the Page Range to print. Here All has been selected. Page 4If you choose Pages in Page Range, type in a range of pages to be printed. You can also type in a list of single pages (e.g. 1,2,4). Page 6Click Print to send the document to the printer to be printed. Page 7The Print dialog will close, and the document will be printed. While it is being printed, you can continue working in the program from which you printed. |
