Sending a Screenbook to someone who also has Screenbook Maker installed is very easy. Right-click on the screenbook title in the left pane to get the pop-up menu. Then choose Send - Send by Email .

The Main window closes, three new windows open:

  • An instruction window
  • A Windows Explorer window
  • A blank email

As explained by the instructions, the Windows Explorer window has a "zip" file containing all of the files for your selected screenbook.

Drag and drop the "zip" file on to the blank email. It will appear in the "Attach:" list. (This screenshot shows an Outlook Express email. Your email program may appear differently, but should be similar).

Enter an email address to send to.

Click on the Send button.

Finally, click OK on the instruction window to return the Screenbook Maker Main window.

When your email is received by someone else, they can "unzip" and view the attached screenbook by simply dragging and dropping it on to the left pane of Screenbook Maker.
