| ScreenBook Maker : Screenbook Bookshelves Making a New Bookshelf |
Page 1To create a new bookshelf, choose New Bookshelf from the Bookshelf menu. Page 3Enter a name for your new bookshelf (this can be anything). Page 4You can manually enter a path here for your new bookshelf but... Page 5You may find it easier to select a folder path via the folder tree. Here we have selected C:\Public by clicking on the Public folder in the folder tree. The C:\Public path has automatically been entered in the New Bookshelf Location entry box. Page 6You can also enter a folder name that doesn't yet exist. Here we have added "graphics" to the C:\Public path, although the "C:\Public\graphics" folder does not yet exist. Page 7By default, Screenbook Maker reduces all screenshot images to 640 x 480 pixels in size. Choose the indicated option if you want to have Screenbook Maker save an extra screenshot graphic for printing high resolution images, or for slideshow mode. (You can change this option later). Page 9Screenbook Maker asks if you would like to create the folder that you have specified, since, in this example, it is a new folder. Page 10Here we have clicked OK, and the new Screenbook Bookshelf has been created. However, since it is empty, no subfolders appear. Page 11Now we can add new screenbooks to our new bookshelf. Click Screenbook. Page 12Here we've clicked on New Screenbook and the New Screenbook dialog has appeared. Page 13As you can see, now in the Bookshelf pulldown menu, we can select the Graphics bookshelf, which is the bookshelf which we just created. Page 14Now we can create a new topic, subtopic and screenbook for this bookshelf by entering information in the entry boxes as shown. |
