The Screenshot button in Screenbook Maker hides the Edit Book dialog and takes a screenshot of the full screen. You can also use Screenbook Maker to take a Screenshot of just the top window. For example, the screenshot below was taken without switching to a low resolution. Just the active (top) window was captured.
