ScreenBook Maker Pro : PDF Output    Creating PDF Files for All Screenbooks

In addition to creating a PDF for a single Screenbook as shown in the last tutorial, you can also create a PDF for every Screenbook in the bookshelf. From the Bookshelf popup menu, choose Advanced - Create Book PDF Files.

A progress bar displays as each Screenbook in the bookshelf is converted.

When the Screenbooks have all been converted, click OK to close the progress bar. A PDF file now exists in each Screenbook folder.

If you would like each Screenbook in HTML format to have a link to the PDF format, choose the ext template for the bookshelf. To do this, click on Options in the bookshelf popup menu.

  1. Select the ext template
  2. Click OK.

The ext template has been selected. Click OK.

  1. Click on the bookshelf in Screenbook Maker menu.
  2. Select a Screenbook from the bookshelf menu.
  3. A PDF icon appears above the screenbook, linking to the PDF version.
