Previous tutorials in this series have shown how to create PDF files for individual Screenbooks. You can also create a single PDF file for the entire bookshelf. This PDF file will contain all of the pages in all of the Screenbooks in the bookshelf. A title page, section pages and a table of contents are also created.

From the bookshelf popup menu, select Advanced - Regenerate Bookshelf PDF File.

A progress bar appears.

When you click OK, Windows Explorer opens to the bookshelf folder. The bookshelf PDF file sbook.pdf has been created.

If you have Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader installed, double clicking on the sbook.pdf file opens the file in Reader or Acrobat.

All Screenbooks in the bookshelf have been added, with tables of contents for each topic and subtopic, and with author and other information embedded into the PDF file.
